How do we witness with boldness and humility?
Fundamental Exchange -
Fear of Men/Women/Children for the Fear of the Lord.
"Both the boldness and the humility needed for witness come about through a fundamental exchange. Christians must B
exchange the fear of men for the fear of the Lord. Peter gives the secret of boldness as one who had found it after failure." The Message of I Peter, Edmund Clowney, p. 145)
I Peter 3:14 - But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. ‘Do not fear what they fear; do not be frightened.

How do we gain this Fundamental Exchange? "The fear of the Lord?"
I Peter 3:15 - But in your hearts set apart Christ the Lord as holy.
Two Ways:
1. Awareness/Experiences of His grace and love.
For Example- Apostle Peter's Fishing Stories

Luke 5:8 - But when Simon Peter saw it (the great catch of fish), he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, "Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord."
John 21:7 - That disciple whom Jesus loved therefore said to Peter, "It is the Lord!" When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment, for he was stripped for work, and threw himself into the sea.
2. Prayer and Praise of Jesus and His Gospel.
For Example - Apostle Paul and Silas in Philippian Jail
Acts 16:25-26 - 25 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them, 26 and suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken. And immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone's bonds were unfastened.
